3600 West And 2200 North Intersection Closure For Utility Work

Road Upgrades: The Vision

Plain City is partnering with UDOT to reconstruct 3600 West. The project involves complete road surface replacement, utility relocations, new drainage systems, and fresh striping and roadside signs. To improve resident safety and travel, we are widening the road to include shoulders and auxiliary lanes for a smoother driving experience.

Safe Route to School

Due to ongoing construction on 3600 West, children will need to use an alternate route to ensure their safety. We have coordinated with Plain City Elementary to establish a designated safe path away from the work zone. Please review the flyer for the updated pedestrian route.

Safety Reminder: Keep Children Away from the Work Zone

For everyone's safety, please keep children and pets away from the construction area at all times. Heavy equipment, open trenches, and changing traffic patterns can create hazards that may not be obvious.

Never allow children to play near cones, barricades, or machinery, and remind them to stay on sidewalks and use designated crossings only. Thank you for helping keep our community safe during construction.
